Rodrigo has experience in judicial and arbitral disputes involving engineering, construction, and infrastructure.

He is the coordinator of Ibmec’s São Paulo Arbitration Research Centre (NPArb).

He is a member of various associations such as the Brazilian Arbitration Committee (CBAr), the Special Arbitration Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association São Paulo Branch, and the Brazilian Institute of Construction Law (IBDiC).
