Milena Barreto concentrates her practice on complex disputes, involving private law issues, especially civil, commercial and corporate transactions. She has solid experience in court-supervised reorganization and business bankruptcy, as well as arbitration disputes and credit recovery.

Her professional experience includes working for full-service law firms and large financial institutions, which has enriched her legal practice. She also has academic experience as a tutor in Civil Law at PUC-SP, helping undergraduate students.
