Milena has advised one of the world´s largest technology companies on cases involving sponsored ads, data provision, content and accounts removal on the platform. The work consists of building Brazilian case law on the role of the Internet Application Provider and, above all, interpreting Law no. 12.965/2014 (Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet).
