Mariana holds a Master’s Degree in International and European Litigation from Université Paris-Nanterre – Paris (2017); she has a specialization in international private law from Université Paris II: Panthéon-Assas – Paris (2016), and a Bachelor of Laws from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro – PUC-Rio (2014).
She also attended the international arbitration specialization course at the Arbitration Academy in Paris.
She is also an attorney in France, and her professional experience includes work in the international arbitration area at the Herbert Smith Freehills law firm, in Paris.
Mariana has experience in complex litigation and in representing clients in arbitration and judicial proceedings in various types of commercial disputes.
