Julia holds a Marques holds a graduate degree in Civil Procedure from Getúlio Vargas Foundation (2025) and a Bachelor of Laws from Mackenzie Presbyterian University (2022). She was one of the winners of the 2022 Undergraduate Thesis Competition at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie with the paper titled “The Impacts of Structural Racism on the Exercise of Parental Authority.” She is also a member of organizations such as Black Sisters in Law.
