Hércules holds a Master’s Degree in Litigation and Dispute Resolution from University College London – UCL (2021), as well as a Master’s in Commercial Law from the University of São Paulo – USP (2020) and a Bachelor of Laws from Mackenzie Presbyterian University (2014).

Background

Hércules worked for more than 11 years in the civil litigation and arbitration department of one of the most prestigious full-service Brazilian law firms. In 2021, Hércules worked as a foreign associate in the international arbitration department of Latham & Watkins LLP in Paris.

Hércules is a founding member of the Group of Studies in Mediation and Negotiation (GEMMACK) of the Mackenzie Presbyterian University-SP Law School, a member of the Association of Lawyers of São Paulo (AASP), a member of INOVARB-AMCHAM, a member of NewGen of CAM-CCBC, and a member of Young ICCA.

He was the coach of the mediation and negotiation team of the team Mackenzie-SP Law School in the most important national and international competitions, especially those held by the ICC (Paris, France), CDRC (Vienna, Austria), and CAMARB (Brazil).
