Caio concentrates his practice in judicial and arbitral disputes involving Private Law issues, mainly regarding Civil Liability, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Construction.

He is the coordinator and co-author of the book “Treatise on Arbitration”, alongside Professor Silvio Venosa and Rafael Gagliardi.

He is a member of various associations such as the Brazilian Arbitration Committee (CBAr) and the New Generation CAM-CCBC.
