Julia holds a Master’s Degree in Administrative Law from the University of São Paulo (USP), with a specialization in public bidding and contracts from Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV-SP) and a Bachelor of Laws from Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP). She has also concluded a Mediation and Conciliation Program from the Institute of Mediation and Arbitration from Brazil (IMAB).
