Isabella practices as an attorney in the field of strategic dispute resolution, with a focus on litigation and arbitration involving civil, commercial, contractual, and corporate matters, among others.

Isabella worked as a Trainee in various practice areas at Demarest Advogados (2021/2023), later rejoining the civil litigation and arbitration team as a legal assistant.

She also completed the International Arbitration Training Course at Leiden University, Netherlands (2022).

She received the Professor Pedro Paulo Teixeira Manus Award in recognition of her undergraduate thesis titled “The System for Monitoring Arbitrator Impartiality and Independence in the Brazilian Context and the Limits of the Duty of Disclosure.” The same thesis was converted into an article and published in the collective volume “Law and Arbitration: Academic Studies. Volume 3”, coordinated by Cláudio Finkelstein, published by Arraes Editores.
